Billing & Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following specific conditions:

  • You have generated less than 5 minutes of cloned voice audio in total
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase

Important: If you have already used our service to create voice models or generate more than 5 minutes of audio, we cannot offer a refund. This is because:

  • The GPU processing costs for AI model are substantial and immediate
  • Our upstream providers do not allow refunds for used computational resources
  • By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to these refund limitations

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and usage history. Each request will be reviewed based on the above criteria.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for any future billing cycles
  • You can continue using the service until your current period ends
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also support various payment methods depending on your region.

Disputes & Resolution

Please contact our support team immediately through our support portal or email at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues within 5 business days.

We handle disputes on a case-by-case basis through our customer service team. If you're unsatisfied with our service, we'll work with you to find a fair resolution. For billing disputes, we maintain detailed records and will review your case thoroughly.
